Insurance
As of February 2011, we are a participating provider for the following insurance carriers: Amerigroup (new patients under the age of 18 years old only) AETNA CIGNA BlueCross/BlueShield INFORMED Co-pays are due at the time of service. Statements for deductibles, co-insurances or non-covered services will be mailed promply, with payment expected within 90 days of the date of service. We are an "out-of-network" provider for all other insurance companies. Payment is expected at the time of your visit. We will submit your claim to your insurance company, and reimbursement will be mailed directly to you, depending on your deductible and/or out-of-network benefits. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. What if my insurance is not listed? Do you accept Medicare?
