Insurance

As of February 2011, we are a participating provider for the following insurance carriers:

  • Amerigroup
  • CIGNA
  • CareFirst (BlueCross/BlueShield)
  • INFORMED
Co-pays are due at the time of service.  Statements for deductibles, co-insurances or non-covered services will be mailed promply, with payment expected within 90 days of the date of service. 

We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
