Bay Crossing Family Medicine participates with a limited number of commercial insurance plans.  If we are not an in-network provider for your insurance company, then payment for your visit is due at the time of service. 

We encourage you to call your insurance carrier and inquire about your out-of-network benefits before scheduling an appointment.  We find that many of our patients are reimbursed at 60-85% of office visit charges.  We are happy to assist you in completing insurance claims for reimbursement.
