As of February 2011, we are a participating provider for the following insurance carriers: Amerigroup CIGNA CareFirst (BlueCross/BlueShield) INFORMED Co-pays are due at the time of service. Statements for deductibles, co-insurances or non-covered services will be mailed promply, with payment expected within 90 days of the date of service. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. What if my insurance is not listed? Do you accept Medicare?
